Location
Family Hotel Oasis is located in town of Balchik, at the beach, 2 kilometers away from the Romanian Queen Palace and the Botanical Garden and about 300 m from the town’s center.
Facilities
Built in 2004, the hotel consists of 4 buildings, one of them on 4 floors, located on an area of 1200sq.m. All the apartments were totally renovated in 2024 and in 2025 DBL rooms were partly renovated. The main restaurant has an outdoor terrace with spectacular sea view and a bar, luggage room, Wi-Fi internet, room service, safe deposit box rental.
The hotel may offer accommodation for the disabled, but does NOT recommend offering it – there are steps to the main entrance and to the beach.

DBL rooms - approx. 20sq.m, (max 2+1), 2 united normal beds or 1 double bed and 1 extra bed – extendable armchair, TV set with many channels (Inc. Romanian channels), air conditioning, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi internet, telephone, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs
Studios - approx. 20-26sq.m, (max 2+2), 2 united normal beds and 1 extra bed – extendable sofa. All the studios have: kitchenette, air condition, TV set with many channels (Inc. Romanian channels), fridge, Wi-Fi internet, telephone, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs
Kitchenette: hot plate, kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine, kitchen utensils).
Apartments - approx. 35-40m², (max 2+3). A double bed or 2 united beds in the bedroom and an extendable sofa in the living room.
All apartments have: kitchenette, air condition, TV set with many channels (Inc. Romanian channels), fridge, Wi-Fi internet, telephone, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs.
Kitchenette: hot plate, electric kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
Some of the bathrooms have a bathtub or a shower in the others, bidet, hairdryer.

Parking
The parking is just next to the hotel, from June until September it costs 3 EUR per day.
