Location
Family Hotel Oasis is located in town of Balchik, on the beach, only 2 kilometers away from the Romanian Queen Palace and the Botanical Garden and about 300 m from the town’s center.
Facilities
Built in 2004, renovated in 2024, the oasis consists of 4 buildings on 4 floors, located on an area of 1200 sq.m. Main restaurant with outdoor terrace, a la carte restaurant, bar, luggage room, Wi-Fi internet, room service, safe deposit box rental (BGN 4 per day/ 20 BGN for 7 days), ironing board and iron/on request. The hotel may offer accommodation for the disabled, but does NOT recommend offering it – there are steps to the main entrance and to the beach.

Accommodation
DBL rooms approx. 20 sq.m, (max 2+1), two regular beds or 1 double bed and 1 extra bed – folding armchair/or folding bed.
Studios approx. 20 - 26 sq.m, (max 2+2), two regular beds and 1 extra bed - sofa. Kitchen box: kitchen equipment (electric raft, dishes, electric kettle, coffee/tea machine).
Apartments’ approx. 35 - 40 m², (max 2+3). In 5 apartments there is a double bed in the bedroom, in the living room there is a sofa bed. In one bedroom there are 2 separate beds. Kitchen box: kitchen equipment (electric raft, dishes, electric kettle), coffee/tea machine, bathroom with shower/bathtub, bidet, hairdryer.
Each room have: SAT TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi internet, telephone, and bathroom with shower. Balcony with table and chairs.

Sports & Entertainment
Free: sunbeds and umbrellas on the terrace.
Extra charges: water sports on the beach, transfers, laundry service, SPA studio and service at Helios Hotel, excursions.
Pets
Pets up to 10 kg are allowed with advance confirmation from the hotel (10 BGN per night)
Parking
Parking is available in the hotel (limited number), free of charge, not guarded, there is a parking lot next to the hotel.
