Location
Paradise Beach Residence hotel is located directly on the beach, in the area of Sveti Vlas, 8km from Sunny Beach and 3 km from the centre of St. Vlas.

Facilities
The complex is situated on an area of 40 000 square meters and comprises of three four-five floor buildings, elegantly assembled, 4 lifts, 319 entirely renovated rooms, 1 reception in the main building. There are a main panoramic restaurant “Eden” with balconies projecting over the beach, panoramic lobby bar with a beautiful sea view (extra paid), pool bar “Deep” and a snack bar “Joy”, bar Bowling. The hotel offers wake up call, dry cleaning, laundry, ironing, currency exchange, shopping area, hairdresser and Relax center with Sauna, salt room, steam bath, Turkish bath, massage rooms, Gym, rent-a-car. The hotel does NOT offer facilities for the disabled guests - the location will be not comfortable for people with mobility problems.

Apartments one bed room - /max 2+2+inf.,3+1+inf./, appr. 45 sq.m. It consists of 2 rooms - a bedroom and a living room, the rooms are separated by a door. In the bedroom there is a double bed – 200/200, in the living room there are two non extendible sofa beds 90/200.

5 Аpartments two bedrooms - /max 4+2/, appr 70 sq.m. It consists 2 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms/WC, the rooms are separated by a door. In the bedrooms therе is a double bed – 200/200, in the living room there are two non extendible sofa beds 90/200.

All units have: WC and shower cabin, hairdryer, satellite TV, central air conditioning , safe (free of charge), mini fridge, Wi-Fi (free of charge), a balcony.

Children

Kids’ club for, baby cot (free, on request), highchair in the restaurant, children animation, children section of swimming pool, an outdoor children playground with slides and seesaws.

Free of charge: Outdoor swimming pool (800 sq.m) with children's section overflowing to it with a guard railing, big sunny terrace around the pool with sunshades and lounge chairs, Wi-Fi at the lobby area and in the rooms. A professional team offers live entertaining programmes during the day and in the evening in the open air amphitheater.
Payable: Towels (against deposit), parasol and sunbeds on the beach, Bowling and Gaming room (bowling, billiard, snooker, darts, play station, arcade games, air hockey etc.), Relax center (massage, fitness, sauna, steam bath, salt room, relax zone), Water attractions, Medical center.

            ULTRA All inclusive starts with lunch the day of arrival and finishes with breakfast the day of departure. The guests that have missed lunch, won' t be compensated with lunch on the day of departure.

• Please, pay attention that:

• Check in time is after 15:00 p.m. Check out time is until 11:00 p.m.
• By check-in the guests pay deposit worth 20 BGN or 10 Euro per adult, the guests get back this deposit when checking out on the departure day after checking the room and lack of damage.
• On the arrival day after 10:30 a.m. the guests receive bracelets and they can use the All inclusive services. They wear the bracelets while they stay in the hotel.
• When the hotel chip is left in the room, the maid cannot enter the room to clean. For lost chip the guests have to pay a fine.
• The usage of the hotel towels outside the room is forbidden.

* Alcoholic drinks are not offered to guests bellow the age of eighteen.

            **Food, beverages and utensils are not allowed to be carried to the hotel rooms and outside the all-inclusive restaurants and bars. Guests that don’t observe it, will get a fine.
