Built in 2006-2008. The last renovation was done in 2015. There are five 4-storey buildings in total.

Apart-hotel Dolce De Luxe is the name of the studios and apartments acquired in 2016 in the Dolce Vita 2 complex. As part of the premium line of Dinevi Resort, St. Vlas, all apartments have sea views, WiFi, breakfast included, equipped kitchen and balcony. A panoramic path descends from the complex down to the sandy beach in front of the Monastery complex, and from there to the famous yacht marina, to the center of gourmet pleasure and nightlife in St. Vlas. are part of a separate small resort village by the sea with a lot of greenery and open spaces.

Two Bedrooms Apartment - 2 bedrooms (a double bed in one of them, 2 single beds in the second), a living room with a pull-out sofa, an adjacent door, an equipped kitchen unit (refrigerator, oven or microwave oven, stove, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, coffee maker , dishes: pans, pots, plates, cups), with bathroom with shower and toilet, max. 6 people, 85-90 m2.

For children: playground, section for children in the pool for adults, In the resort there are 2 medium size outdoor children playgrounds; Tickets for the aqua parks at Sunny Beach and Nessebar can be purchased at reception Diamond + there is free shuttle service to both parks; KIDS DISCOs AND EVENING SHOWS 2 -3  times a week, the animation program for kids and adults baby cot 24 h medical help can be obtained at the MADZHUROV medical centre in St.Vlas ;
