Accommodation: The five-storey Apartment Complex Splendid disposes of one elevator and offers accommodation in one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, consisting of one or two bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, a living room with an air-conditioner, a double extendable couch, a kitchenette with a fridge, an oven, an aspirator, stoves, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle for hot water, utensils and plates and a dining room, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and an individual boiler and a separate terrace. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors.
APP 2+2: Approximately 60 – 70 square meters. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.
APP 4+2: Approximately 90 – 120 square meters. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults with 2 children or 5 adults.
The Apartment Complex and its adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people in wheelchairs. The Apartment Complex does not dispose of premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
