Location

The new Hacienda Beach complex is located in the town of Gereni, in the immediate vicinity of the “Golden Fish” Bay, near a beautiful sandy beach/ 100 m. Serafino airport is about 40 km away, 2 km is the Neptune water park. Sozopol is about 4 km away.

Facilities

Built in 2012, last renovated in 2022, 6 four-story buildings, elevator to each of them, 200 apartments. Reception, luggage room, main restaurant "Atia", snack bar, pool bar, outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, iron on request, car rental.

Apartment 1 bedroom park view approx. 40 - 62 sq.m., (max.2+3/3+1), double bed and sofa bed, two separate rooms: hall and bedroom.

Apartment 2 bedrooms park view approx. 70 - 85 sq.m., (min.4+0/max.4+2/5+0), a double bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the hall, three separate rooms: a hall and 2 bedrooms. (On request).

Apartment deluxe 1 bedroom sea view approx. 60 sq.m., (max.2+1/3+0), double bed and sofa bed, separate rooms: hall and kitchen box, bedroom.

All apartments have: air conditioning, telephone, safe (free), cable TV, mini-fridge, electric kettle, bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer and towels + one-time bath cosmetics, balcony/terrace with table and chairs. There is terracotta on the floor. Iron on request/at the reception.

For children  

Children's section in the pool, playground, baby cots/on request, free of charge. High chairs in the restaurant are free of charge. Children's menus are paid.

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor pool, sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool are subject to free availability. Children's animation, table tennis.

Paid: laundry, doctor on call, sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, children's menu.

Pets up to 5 kg are allowed at a charge of 20 BGN per day (upon request).

Parking- guarded parking, payment 15 BGN. Per day, a limited number of seats, without prior reservation.

• All guests booked on All-Inclusive package will be given bracelets for identification.
• The bracelets must be returned to the reception upon check-out.
• If the bracelet is lost an additional charge of 30 BGN will apply.

Main Restaurant „Atia“

Working time:

Breakfast:       07:30 – 10:30 hrs.

Lunch:            12:00 – 14:30 hrs.

Dinner:           18:30 – 21:30 hrs.

*For Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, the restaurant offers buffet set up with salad bar, soups, appetizers, main course, fruits and desserts. There is a choice of Bulgarian non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, beer and wine, tea and coffee.

Pool Bar Working time: 11:00 – 22:30hrs.

• Hot and non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, Bulgarian alcoholic drinks.

Snack Bar  Working time: 15:30 – 17:30 hrs.

• Hot and cold sandwiches, ice cream, donuts, pizza, muffins.

• Free sunbeds/umbrellas in the pool on the territory of the complex, until the availability is exhausted.
• Children's playground and outdoor games, children's animation, children's outdoor cinema 2 times a week, children's disco between 20:30 – 21:30.
• Outdoor fitness and table tennis.
• 60-minute free boat tour in the vicinity of Sozopol and the surrounding islands – with a minimum stay of 7 days (food and drinks are not included, prior reservation at the reception and depending on weather conditions, availability).
• Free Wi-Fi, safe deposit box in all apartments.

*Please note that the "Golden Fish" beach, located opposite, is rented (concession) and sunbeds/umbrellas there are paid on site. Advance reservations are NOT possible.
