Location: Orpheus is located in close proximity to Ski Centre 1 / Lift No. 1 / and the resort centre - about 500m. and about 10 minutes walking distance. During the winter season, a free ski shuttle bus to Ski Centre 2 Malina is provided for all hotel guests. Nearest town to the hotel – Smolyan (17 km away).

All units have individual or central heating, satellite TV, telephone, internet access, carpeted floor, bathroom with shower or bath tub, hairdryer, bath robe and slippers for adults. All rooms except for DBL economy have an electrical kettle.

The Relax Centre consists of an indoor heated pool, a new children's pool with a water slide (build in 2024), Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, Infrared sauna, Herbal sauna and Aroma steam bath. There is also a variety of beauty and SPA treatments and massages that you can enjoy and feel free to book, while you are not on the white slopes.

Kids Animation - For the youngest guests, there is a Kids Club Orpheus with daily animation and a special program with animators for children over 3 years old. Every evening there is a different party: Mini Disco or Cinema, Carnival with costumes or Pirate Party from 20:00 to 22:00.

Workouts - A weekly animation program is provided for all those who prefer to stay at the hotel. It includes training every day in the morning from 10:00 and in the afternoon from 17:00 - Zumba, Pilates, Combined training, Stretching, Dance fit, Folk dances and others.

Children: Baby cot (on request, free of charge), high chairs in the restaurant (free of charge), children’s section of the swimming pool, animation for children (free), kids club (3-12 yrs).
