Hotel complex Kamenec, Nessebar is situated in the new part of Nessebar. The beach is about 200 m, the old part of Nessebar – in 15 min walking distance.

The complex consists of 2 buildings –main building 1 (renovated 2015, with 3 lifts, 14 floors) and building 2 (renovated 2011, 3 floors, no lift). Total of 156 units.

14 Apartments Building /B1/ (min.3 fully pax, max.4+2) – 40 sq.m., with sea or pool view. Bathroom with shower cabin. The apartment consists of two rooms separated by a door; there is double bed and extensible sofa in one of the rooms and a second bedroom.

36 Double standard rooms Building 2 /B2/ (max.2+1) – 18 sq.m., twin beds, extensible sofa bed, street or garden view. Bathroom with shower.

Beverage:

Snack bar - Soft drinks: tea, coffee, juice, table water and fizzy drinks by a post-mix machine from 10:00 to 22:00.

Snack bar - Alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 22:00 - Bulgarian beer, wine, vodka, gin, brandy, whiskey, mint, mastic.

Check out until 11:00. The time spent after 11:00h is paid!
On the day of arrival, All inclusive starts with dinner - the day of departure ends with lunch!
It is not allowed to take out food and drinks from the dining venues (subject to charge!)
All drinks are paid after 22:00 pm.
The hotel is not responsible for money and valuables which are not deposited for safekeeping in a safe at reception.
It is not allowed reserving sunbeds around pools. Towels left on the reserved sunbeds will be collected by the staff serving the pool!
Lost or damaged hotel card is charged 10.00 BGN.
