It is located on the beach, on the coastline of Kavarna, the center is about 2 km away, and Varna is 45 km away.  40 km from the Romanian border. Balchik is 18 km away.

Facilities
The hotel was built in 2018, one building, 6 floors, 3 elevators, 137 rooms. Reception, restaurant with terrace, lobby bar, beach bar, SPA center, swimming pool, private beach, fitness, laundry service, babysitting service, doctor on call, conference room with equipment, 180 seats. There are no rooms for the disabled.

Apartment approx. 58 sq.m., (max.2+2/3+1/4+0); two single beds in the bedroom; in the living room- large sofa bed (as extra bed). There is a door between the bedroom and the living room.

In the room: individual A/C, cable 32" LCD TV, Wi-Fi and safe (free of charge), mini-fridge (empty), bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, balcony overlooking the sea/park.

For children:
Children section in the swimming pool, game’s room (additional payment.).

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas on the hotel beach and by the pool (are subject to availability), fitness, sauna, steam bath, salt room, relaxation area, adventure shower. Wi-Fi in the rooms and in common areas.

Paid: laundry service, billiard, ironing and dry cleaning, mini bar, conference room, doctor. SPA: massages, therapies, towels. International alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails at the Lobby bar and Beach bar.

Pets are not allowed.

Parking: unguarded parking places in front of the hotel, on availability, against payment – (20 BGN per day).
