Location: Bansko SPA & Holidays Hotel is located at about 1 km distance both from the bottom station of the gondola lift and the center of Bansko. 
Accommodation: Built in 2007, last renovated in the summer of 2017, one building, 4 floors, 2 lifts, 98 rooms in total, 2 adapted rooms for disabled guests. Public areas are accessible to guests in a wheelchair.

Double rooms (2 regular+2 extra beds; max 2ad+2ch till 12 y.o. or 3ad), approx. size 25sq.m. – twin beds or a king-size bed and extendible sofa bed. Some have a balcony.

Studios (2 regular+3 extra beds; max 4ad+1ch), approx. size 30sq.m. – one large room with a king-size bed and extendible sofa beds. All of the family rooms are on the top floor and have sloped ceiling. Some have a balcony.

Apartments (2 regular+2 extra beds; max 4ad), approx. size 50sq.m. - a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with extendible double sofa. The two premises are separated by a door. All apartments have balcony.

All units are luxuriously and comfortably furnished and have individually controlled heating, satellite TV, telephone (internal line only), fridge, Wi-Fi (free of charge), carpeted floor, bathroom with shower and bath, hairdryer, bathrobes. Most of the rooms have balcony. In-room safe upon request and an extra charge. All rooms and apartments have a kettle.

Board: Bed & Breakfast and Half Board. For less than 20 (full paying) in-house guests the meals are at a set menu. Buffet is in the main restaurant and in the “mehana”.

Half Board: Buffet style/set menu breakfast and dinner.

Facilities: Reception with safety deposit boxes for rent (extra charge), room service (extra charge), Wi-Fi in the public areas (free of charge), ski storage for own equipment, classic restaurant, tavern in traditional Bulgarian style, lobby bar, 2 conference halls (capacity up to 60 seats and up to 100 seats), doctor on call, SPA center.

Children: Baby cots (on request, free of charge), highchairs in the restaurant, children’s play area (not supervised).

Free of charge: Use of heated indoor swimming pool (7mX10m, depth 110cm, temperature 26-28°C), sauna, steam bath, contrast shower, relax zone, fitness, shuttle to the bottom station of the ski lift (on schedule).

Payable: Massage, SPA treatments, etc.

Pets: Allowed, under 5 kg, payable per day

Parking: Outdoor parking – free of charge for hotel guests.
