Location

Actinia hotel complex is located in the south part of Sunny Beach, 200 m from the beach, 2,5 km from the resort`s center, and 2 km from ancient town of Nessebar.

Facilities

Last renovated in 2018, 6 floors, 2 lifts, 98 units (37 double rooms, 33 double deluxe rooms, 24 studios and 4 apartments). Reception, safety deposit boxes for rent, shop, rent-a-car, room service, exchange desk, free WI-FI, laundry, swimming pool. Main restaurant /buffet/, pool bar, lobby bar, a medical help (doctor on call). The hotel doesn’t have special rooms fitted for disabled / guests with wheelchair.

Double rooms - (max 2+1 infant), approx.18 sq.m. – twin beds, there’s no extra bed.

Double deluxe rooms - (max 2+1 / 3+0), approx. 20 sq.m. – twin beds and extendible sofa.

Studios - (max 2+1 /3+0), approx. 23 sq.m. – Double bed or twin beds and extendible sofa, 2-nd extra bed possibility.

4 Apartments – (max 2+2/3+1), approx. 46 sq. - Double bed, extendible sofa.

Each unit has: balcony with two chairs, sofa beds as an option for extra bed, air-condition, cable TV, telephone and mini fridge, Wi-Fi (free), bathroom with shower (in some Studios and Apartments there is also а bath).If you need hairdryer it’s requested on the Reception.

Children

Baby cot (free, upon request), children section in the swimming pool, kids’ animation. Hotel Actinia season summer 2024 children's club: on the site of the existing super market in the hotel will be built a new space for our youngest guests. Our children's club will include a variety of games and activities, including console / some of them paid /.

Sports and Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor swimming pool, parasols and sunbeds by the pool, animation, Wi-Fi.

Extra charge: medical help (doctor on call), laundry, rent a car.

Pets are not allowed.

Parking – payable public parking next to hotel (20 BGN per day/the information is from 2023).
